Where it leaks

It leaks in the spaces between the parts of an organisation. Value is often lost between strategy and communication, between a message and its interface, between a good decision and the way it is finally built.

Most problems worth solving are not contained inside a single discipline. They live in the handovers — where research stops informing the message, where the campaign stops matching the page, where the decision stops surviving contact with implementation. Lucid Asia works across those handoffs rather than treating each discipline as an isolated service, holding the judgement together from first observation through to something that actually functions.

Repositioned Zest Living from a property offering into a more meaningful vision of retirement, then rebuilt the digital journey and acquisition system around how prospective residents discover, imagine, evaluate and enquire about that future.
